A SPA in Monferrato
Next to the ancient agricultural porch, originally Giacomino’s stable (a splendid specimen of white pony rescued from a circus and become a family member), there is now a modern SPA that offers a range of services to our guests, these include: Finnish sauna, hammam, emotional showers, hydromassage pool, relaxation area, herbal tea room, massage room and, in addition, treatments by the Hikari centre. This is a relaxing location, a clever mix of classic and modern, enriched by a large panoramic window overlooking the hills of Monferrato. The windows lead to the private garden of the relaxation area, where the effect of the grass underfoot makes one better understand the Monferrato. From here one gets to the outdoor swimming pool, another source of pride for our resort.
The SPA is accessible by reservation, both to the guests of the resort and for those who want to spend some time indulging in well-deserved self-care, experiencing wellness rituals and perhaps tasting a glass of local wine or a special jam. It is possible to organise private events with exclusive use of the SPA, themed nights, stag or hen parties, seminars and holistic courses, evenings conducted by sauna masters who personally perform the “steam streams”, pouring ice crystals enriched with essential oils directly on the hot stones of the stove. It is an experience within the experience.
Swimming pool with a view on the Monferrato
Surrounded by a large sunny garden and edged by a small shaded park equipped with a delicate children’s area, the swimming pool offers 50 square meters of space with attention to every detail, starting with the salty sensation that the water transmits as soon as one dives in. While it is normal for guests of the resort or their friends to relax with their eyes closed on the poolside deckchairs, in the silence of the hill, under the gazebo of Banxia roses, it is just as natural to remain with one’s eyes open to contemplate a unique and exciting landscape.
